Pulp Purification and Screening
In order to improve paper quality and reduce dust, paper materials must be purified and screened before papermaking. Purification is to use the principle of different specific gravity to remove impurities such as sand and gravel from the paper material. The main equipment is a conical cleaner. Screening is to remove pulp clusters and fiber bundles from the paper material by using shape differences, and rotor screens are commonly used.
