Vertical Hydrapulper Production Operation
1. During formal production, 1/3-1/2 volume of clean water should be added to the tank beforehand.
2. When power failure or other special circumstances cause more pulp to be stored in the pulper tank, the flushing water at the bottom of the pulp tray should be opened first.
3. During operation, check frequently: bolts are loose, flanges and valves have no water leakage.
4. The impurities in the waste paper that have potential damage to the equipment should be processed in advance to avoid damaging the equipment.
