D type hydrapulper is a kind of pulp equipment of papermaking line, water and disused mixed molding slurry to produce kraft paper, corrugated board or T paper. The D-type hydrapulper has several simple parts. So how to extendthe life of a hydrapulper is a headache in many paper mills. Below are suggestions for lubricated bearings, screen plate replacement, copper bush replacement, and bearing replacement.

1. Lubrication: Lubricate regularly on the bearings and refuel once every two weeks on the ZGM-2 absolutely every year.
2. Screen replacement: The screen needs to be replaced with increased wear and tear on the screen. First, remove the cap and rotor, and then replace the fixing screw on the screen.
3. Replacing the copper bush: Remove the cap and rotor, cut the chassis, replace the old copper bush and heat the new copper bush to mix the proper position of the chassis.
4. Bearing replacement: Lift the crane rotor unit to remove the upper rotor chassis screen and drain the large pulley and bearing below. Change bearings and assemble in reverse.
