Two Layers Liner Board Paper Machine mainly used for producting Corrugated Base Paper ProductionTestliner. The paper machine is mainly divided into the following parts: headbox, fourdrinier section, press section, front drying section, inclined surface sizing machine, rear drying section, calendering section, and winding section.
1. Headbox: Two sets of open headboxes, which correspond to the surface mesh and the bottom mesh respectively. By controlling the liquid level in the headbox, the sizing head of the slurry can be controlled and stabilized
2. Fourdrinier Section: Two layers, Bottom layer net and Top layer net.
3. Press Section: One Press and Two Press
4. Front Drying Section: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinders, group transmission, with guide rollers and dry nets. With closed air hood.
5. Inclined Surface Sizing Machine: One chrome-plated metal roller and one rubber-coated metal roller. Surface sizing machine pressurization method is corrugated pneumatic tire pressurization.
6. Rear Drying Section: Φ1500/Φ1800 drying cylinders, group transmission, with guide rollers and dry nets. With closed air hood.
7. Calendering Section: Double-roller calender. The upper and lower rollers are metal rollers. The pressurization method is corrugated pneumatic tire pressurization.
8. Winding Section: Pneumatic horizontal paper reel, pressurized by cylinder.
