1. Speed reducer uses industrial gear oil and need to change every three months.
2. Roller device, catch wheel device, pinion bearing lubricating oil lubrication interval is half month.
3. Each shift checks if transmission gear lubrication is good.
4. Regularly check if there are loose bolts of each part.
5.Each stop, remove the iron nails, iron scurf and other impurities.
6. Regularly check if water pipeline is clogging.
