1. Lubrication
Bearing: Grease is added once a month and replaced once a year
2. Check
(1) Check the tightness of all bolts and nuts. In particular, don’t forget to tighten the bolts with the tapered head and the travel switch on the cover.
(2) Keep the sealing water clean, and properly press the packing gland according to the leakage situation.
(3) Keep the equipment clean to prevent rust and paint peeling off.
(4) Check equipment operation vibration, bearing temperature rise, noise, rubber seals, and deal with any problems in time.
