Working Principle of Low Density Cleaner
The centrifugal force produced by the slurry along the tangent direction leads to the separation of heavy impurities in the slurry.
The clean slurry is concentrated in the center of the slag remover and is moved to the good slurry outlet at the end of the dregs. The light impurities in the production (such as air or other impurities lighter than fibers) also gather in the center of the vortex of the slag remover and are separated in the same way. The heavy impurity slag remover drops along the upper spiral inner wall of the slag remover and accelerates down to the slag outlet through the lower cone T– cone of the slag remover.
