Grapple for Use in Pulping Line in Paper Mill
This grapple is mainly used to grab coarse impurities in the hydrapurge, which can save slag discharge time and improve the efficiency of the pulper. This grapple is mainly used in the continuous pulping system and is used in conjunction with lifting equipment. It is an important machine in the pulping production line.
The grapple mainly consists of a cylinder, two bucket flaps, upper and lower support seats and a tie rod. The working principle of this grapple bucket is to directly grab the impurities in the pulper by driving the lower support seat through the cylinder piston rod to drive the opening and closing of the bucket flap.
