60T Corrugated Kraft Paper Production Equipment To Angolan Customer
Angolan customer has started a new project with a daily output of 60 tons of corrugated paper kraft paper, and a complete set of pulping equipment is provided by Leizhan. The equipment ordered includes chain conveyor, D type hydrapulper, high consistency cleaner, double disc refiner, inflow pressure screen, middle consistency pressure screen, reject separator, etc.
Delivery Equipment Application In Corrugated Kraft Paper Production Line Machine
Chain Conveyor: mainly used for conveying various kinds of pulp board, waste paper in bulk and in bundle which can be horizontal conveyor or inclined conveyor.
High consistency cleaner: Mainy applied to remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp.
Paper pulper: mainly used for breaking pulp board, damage paper, waste paper,etc.
Pressure screen: mainly used for coarse and fine screening of various waste paper pulp.
Refiner: mainly used for pulping, improving slurry beating degree to meet the paper making needs.
Agitator: mainly used to stir pulp cyclically in chest to maintain the pulp liquid in suspending condition, which ensure the pulp components even distribution.
Grapple: mainly used for grabbing large impurities from sediment well.
