Light Impurity Separator Used in Pulping Line
The light impurity separator is an important pulping machine developed by Leizhan engineers and used in conjunction with the reject separator to process slag pulp. The light impurity separator can handle 30% of the slag pulp. The parts in contact with the pulp of the light impurity separator are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and can extend the service life of the machine.
The light impurity separator adopts a vertical structure in model selection, which can utilize gravity to improve the screening effect. The light impurity separator is equipped with a cutterhead and a rotor inside, which can play the role of secondary screening. The slight impurity separator is equipped with two PLC pneumatic valves that can control automatic slag discharge.
