Pulping Machine Light Impurity Separator
Pulping machine light impurity separaptor (also known as apple screen, for its shape looks like apple) can efficiently remove light impurity in paper pulp and it also can used for dealing with tail pulp in the coarse screening section of pulp manufacturing line.
Light impurity separaptor mainly has the functions of collecting light impurities, dissolving the slurry, collecting and removing heavy impurities of the pulp.

1. Light impurity separator adopts up-flow inlet way, by using the high-speed rotation of the rotor, there will generate strong vortex in the shell.
2. Llight impurity will be gathered in the center of the vortex and discharged from the top center mouth of the shell.
3. Light impurity separator reduces the loss of fiber and lower the cost in paper making process.
