Crescent Type Tissue Paper Machine Solution
This tissue paper machine utilizes a crescent forming structure, where the forming roll, long wire, and felt form a stable wedge-shaped dewatering zone. The pulp undergoes a gradual dewatering process from low to high in the forming zone, resulting in high fiber retention and excellent forming uniformity. The special grooved design on the forming roller surface, combined with vacuum system, achieves efficient and gentle dewatering, reducing the loss of fine fibers. This tissue paper machine has a maximum roll diameter of 2000 mm, significantly reducing roll changes and improving operating efficiency.
