Paper and Pulp Plant Low Density Cleaner
Leizhan’s low density cleaner features an optimized conical structure and a precise feed channel design, enabling it to efficiently remove denser sand particles, iron filings, and hard impurities. Simultaneously, its design considers the requirements of high throughput and low energy consumption. This low density cleaner can be used in conjunction with a slurry-saving system to effectively recover fibers from the tailings, significantly reducing fiber loss.
Leizhan’s low density cleaners operate within a concentration range of 0.3%-1.5%, which can be flexibly adjusted according to paper type and pulp characteristics. Leizhan utilizes high-purity alumina ceramic linings or high-performance wear-resistant materials in key components of its low density cleaners, significantly extending equipment lifespan. Leizhan offers multi-stage cleaner systems ranging from third to fifth stages, combined with pulp saver (washing device) for secondary purification of tailings, significantly reducing fiber content in the discharged slag.
