The pulp outlet of this inflow pressure screen has no gasket and comes with a matching flange. The inner wall is precision polished, which enables seamless connection of the flow pipeline, preventing pulp from sticking or accumulating.
The Leizhan inflow pressure screen keeps heavy impurities away from the screen drum, ensuring uniform screening of the pulp from top to bottom without thickening. The screen drum is less prone to clogging, allowing for long-term, continuous, and stable operation. The main shaft of this inflow pressure screen utilizes an advanced mechanical seal system, making it less susceptible to damage. Automatic lubrication and sealing water detection alarms further reduce the frequency of manual maintenance and operational risks.
