Drum Pulper – High Consistency & Energy Saving
Leizhan’s ZG series drum pulper integrates pulping and coarse screening, specifically designed for processing various waste paper raw materials (such as OCC, LOCC, mixed waste paper, newsprint, etc.). This drum pulper can continuously and gently pulp waste paper in a high consistency environment of 14%-22%, and complete coarse screening and slag removal in the same equipment. This integrated design not only simplifies the process flow but also fundamentally reduces the burden on subsequent screening processes.
This drum pulper offers gentle pulping with minimal fiber loss. The gentle process preserves the original strength and length of the waste paper fibers to the greatest extent possible, avoiding the fiber-severing drawbacks of traditional pulpers caused by violent shearing, thus significantly improving pulp yield. This drum pulper has no strong rotor structure; energy is consumed only in the rotation of the large drum, making it approximately 50% more energy-efficient than traditional pulpers.
