The 5600mm kraft paper machine operates at 550m/min (50Hz) and stably produces 100-150g/m² kraft paper. All rotating parts of this 5600mm kraft paper machine are manufactured to the G2.5 high-precision dynamic balancing standard, and the paper roll is calibrated at an ultra-high dynamic balancing speed of 2200m/min, ensuring extremely low vibration and uniform paper roll tension even at high speeds.
This 5600mm kraft paper machine is designed for a wide basis weight range of 90-180 g/m². Its dewatering elements (ceramic dewatering plates, vacuum chamber) are adjustable in zones to ensure proper dewatering at low basis weights and thorough dewatering at high basis weights. The 5600mm kraft paper machine features a 7100mm center-to-center distance, which allows for the placement of more drying cylinders or larger diameter cylinders, enhancing drying capacity and optimizing steam consumption for a capacity of 500 tons/day.
