4600mm High-Volume Corrugated Paper Machine
The wire part dewatering element of this corrugated paper machine uses 99% Al2O3 all-ceramic panel, possessing extremely high wear resistance and excellent dewatering performance, significantly extending its service life. All rolls of this corrugated paper machine undergo precise dynamic balancing, with the winding roll achieving dynamic balancing accuracy of G1.6 grade. This fundamentally ensures stable operation of the equipment at design speeds of 600m/min and even dynamic balancing speeds of 700m/min, without abnormal vibration, laying a solid foundation for continuous and efficient production.
This corrugated paper machine features a wide-body design with a 5300mm wire width and a 5000mm headbox lip, providing uniform sizing and perfect forming conditions for a 4600mm finished paper web. Furthermore, the corrugated paper machine’s 30m/min crawler speed greatly facilitates maintenance and repair. These meticulous design features work together to ensure the production line can continuously and stably output corrugated base paper with uniform width and excellent strength.
