This 400tpd corrugated paper machine features a wire pulp thickness of 0.5%–0.9% and an exit wire dryness of ≥20%–22%, resulting in high fiber retention and uniform paper sheet formation. The dryness of the inlet drying cylinder is increased to 44%–48%, significantly reducing steam consumption in subsequent drying. The dynamic balance precision of each roll in this 400tpd corrugated paper machine is strictly controlled at different levels—rollers G2.5, drying cylinder G4, and winding roll G1.6—ensuring minimal vibration and stable paper width even at high speeds of 600 m/min, providing a solid mechanical foundation for continuous high-speed, high-volume production.
The press section of this 400tpd corrugated paper machine is equipped with an extra-large diameter press roll of φ1500mm, with a single unit weighing approximately 30 tons. The large roll diameter design significantly extends the residence time in the press zone, improving dewatering efficiency. The 400tpd corrugated paper machine’s crawling speed of 30m/min facilitates paper feeding and maintenance. The operating speed and design speed have a reasonable margin, and the dynamic balancing speed reaches 700m/min, fully adapting to the production switching needs of different raw materials and basis weights.
