3900mm Triple-Wire Corrugated Paper Machine

This 3900mm corrugated paper machine utilizes a triple wire forming technology to optimize fiber arrangement according to the different functional requirements of the face, core, and bottom layers, significantly improving the ring crush strength and stiffness of the paper. Through a precision headbox and dewatering elements, this 3900mm corrugated paper machine ensures a cross-sectional moisture difference of ≤±1.0% and a cross-sectional basis weight difference of ≤±1.5%. The ceramic panels offer excellent wear resistance and dewatering uniformity, significantly extending service life and ensuring consistent moisture content across the paper width. All rolls on this 3900mm corrugated paper machine undergo rigorous dynamic balancing, achieving a G2.5 grade for the rolls, a G4 grade for the drying cylinder, and a G1.6 grade for the winding rolls.
