For bearing part, Wafangdian ZWZ or equivalent imported bearings are used, and all rolls are equipped with tapered bearings to eliminate the risk of loosening of the ejector sleeve and ensure reliable continuous 24-hour heavy-load operation. This 3900mm kraft paper machine places the wire pressing unit on the operating floor, while the pulp chest, white water system, and some auxiliary equipment are located downstairs, optimizing the process and reducing the floor space required.
This 3900mm kraft paper machine features precisely designed headbox lip, working in conjunction with wire part dewatering elements (such as ceramic forming plates and dewatering plates) to achieve uniform fiber weaving under low-pulse conditions.
