This corrugated paper machine features a headbox lip width of 3650mm. Combined with precise pulp distribution and rectification technology, it provides uniformly distributed and stably flowing pulp to the 3900mm wide wire, ensuring good paper uniformity and reducing longitudinal basis weight fluctuations. This corrugated paper machine uses an optimized wire pulp concentration (0.6-0.9%), particularly suitable for waste paper pulp characteristics. While ensuring forming quality, it helps save dewatering energy.
