The press section of this 250tpd kraft paper machine employs a composite press structure with large-diameter press rollers, providing high linear pressure and a wide pressing zone, achieving a press dryness of 42-46%.
The drying section of this 250tpd kraft paper machine is equipped with a sealed hot air hood, effectively recovering heat energy and improving the workshop environment. This 250tpd kraft paper machine can be equipped with a film transfer sizing machine to apply sizing to the paper surface. The dryness before sizing is ≥92%, and after sizing, the paper is further dried in the post-drying unit to achieve the desired dryness.
