Its wide-body steel frame design enhances the machine’s rigidity and vibration resistance, effectively suppressing mechanical resonance under high-speed, high-basis-weight production conditions, ensuring stable paper web operation, and reducing paper defects. The 150tpd automated kraft paper machine has a wire width of 4100 mm, providing ample forming area to guarantee paper web uniformity.
This 150tpd automated kraft paper machine is equipped with a DCS/PLC central control system, enabling the entire system to automatically adjust speed, distribute load, and control tension, greatly reducing the burden of manual operation and lowering operational risks and labor costs. The total power configuration of 1065.9kW for the pulping section and 1164.5kW for the paper making section of this 150tpd automated kraft paper machine fully guarantees the ability of the 3600mm wide machine to operate continuously and stably for extended periods under high-speed and heavy-load conditions.
