Double Layer Wires Carton Paper Production Line
1. Headbox
Two sets open type headboxes, respectively correspond to top layer wire, bottom layer wire. By controlling the liquid level in Head Box to control and stabilize the sizing pressure head of feed pulp.
2. Wire Section
Double layer wires, respectively correspond to top layer wire, bottom layer wire. Pulp initially dehydration, reduce the following burden.
3. Press Section
Divided into 1st press, 2nd press. Squeeze dewatering, improve the paper tightness.
4. Front Drying Section
Removing the water of paper.
5. Surface Sizing Machine
Increase the paper’s physical properties.
6. Back Drying Section
Paper dehydration again after sizing.
7. Calendering Part
Double Rolls Calender. Upper and lower roll are metal roll, improve paper’s smoothness, get higher quality paper.
8. Reeling Part
Pneumatic horizontal rolling machine, make paper get certain length and breadth.
